We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) & relief status Operating Room Registered Nurses within our Surgery Center. No on-call, weekends or holidays. If you are a RN with ASC, surgical room or surgery experience, we encourage you to apply!

What You Will Do:

  • Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in both the scrub and circulating roles.
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served
  • Collaborates with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

What You Will Need:

  • Candidates for this position must have availability to work 10 hour variable shifts Monday-Friday.
  • A qualified candidate for this position will have a valid Washington State Nursing License and BLS
  • Up to 1 year of circulating Operating Room experience.
  • Specialty in total joints, arthroscopy desired.
  • 1+ years scrub experience desired, but not required.

We are seeking a full-time A/R Specialist within our Surgery Center. This position is on-site with no work from home option. If you have medical office insurance collections experience this may be the position for you!

What You Will Do:

  • Answer phone calls from patients, document all calls, and respond to messages promptly.
  • Review patient insurance benefits, calculate and make patient estimate calls and process patient payments.
  • Negotiate appropriate payment arrangements and process financial hardship paperwork according to policy.
  • Process timely refunds.
  • Assign accounts to collection agencies as necessary.
  • Create and explain to patients the No Surprise Billing Act and Good Faith Estimate waivers.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of insurance contracts and claims processing challenges.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of debt collection regulations and acts in accordance with the ethical standards of SWRSC and SWRSC policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What you will need:

  • 2 years medical billing experience required.
  • Working knowledge of commercial and government payers.
  • Excellent customer service skills, a pleasing phone personality and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with various computer software including Excel and Word.

We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician. No on-call, weekends or holidays!

What You Will Do:

  • Clean, disinfect & prepare the instrumentation.
  • Wash, inspect, decontaminate and maintain equipment following established infection control procedures.
  • Sterilize products and instruments according to established protocol with documented verification to ensure all parameters are met.

We are seeking a relief status Surgical Technologist within our Surgery Center. If you are an experienced operating room tech with a primary focus in orthopedics/total joints, we encourage you to apply!

What You Will Do:

  • Perform in the scrub role during surgical procedures.
  • Ensure safe patient care, performance and implementation of Standard of Performance by assisting with correct body alignment in positioning and transferring patients.
  • Assist circulator in preparation for the next scheduled case.
  • Provide a well-organized sterile area and observing sterile technique at all times.
  • Pass instrumentation and suture
  • Put away supplies in the OR, ensuring package integrity, product sterility and overall orderliness of area.
  • Assist in the case picking or assembling instrument sets in central sterile as necessary

What you will need:

  • Specialized training of 13 to 24 months; diploma from an accredited Surgical Tech Program preferred, but not required.
  • WA State Surgical Technologist Registration required.
  • Surgical Technologist certification preferred.
  • Experience with total joints HIGHLY desirable.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers required.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of scrubbing experience.
  • Knowledge of sterile technique; operating room procedures and equipment, ability to exercise good judgment and discipline.
