  • We are seeking full-time, part-time and relief status Operating Room Registered Nurses within our Surgery Center. No on-call, weekends or holidays. If you are a RN with ASC, surgical room or surgery experience, we encourage you to apply!

**We are currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time OR RN positions.**

What You Will Do:

  • Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in both the scrub and circulating roles.
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served
  • Collaborates with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.


What You Will Need:

  • Candidates for this position must have availability to work 10 hour variable shifts Monday-Friday.
  • A qualified candidate for this position will have a valid Washington State Nursing License and BLS
  • Up to 1 year of circulating Operating Room experience.
  • Specialty in total joints, arthroscopy desired.
  • 1+ years scrub experience desired, but not required.


Pay Range: $42.95-$64.43

We are seeking a full-time, 40 hour per week (4, 10’s), Pre/Post Op Registered Nurse within our Surgery Center. No on-call, weekends or holidays!

If you are an RN with Pre-Op, PACU or same day surgery experience, have good assessment and IV skills, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude, this may be the position for you!

What You Will Do:

  • Provide direct patient care to surgical patients in the ambulatory surgical care setting.
  • Assess and care for patients recovering from general anesthesia, monitored anesthesia and IV sedation.
  • Provide care, assessment and education to patient in pre-operative area.
  • Appropriately oversee recovery.
  • Opportunity to team lead

What You Will Need:

  • Candidates for this position must have availability to work 4, 10 hour variable shifts Monday-Friday.

We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week, 4, 10’s) Surgical Technologist at our Surgery Center. If you are an experienced operating room tech with a primary focus in orthopedics/total joints, this may be the position for you!

What You Will Do:

  • Perform in the scrub role during surgical procedures.
  • Ensure safe patient care, performance and implementation of Standard of Performance by:- assisting with correct body alignment in positioning and transferring patients.
  • assisting circulator in preparation for the next scheduled case.
  • providing a well-organized sterile area and observing sterile technique at all times.
  • Passes instrumentation and suture
  • Put away supplies in the OR, ensuring package integrity, product sterility and overall orderliness of area.
  • Assists in the case picking or assembling instrument sets in central sterile as necessary

 

What You Will Need:

  • Specialized training of 13 to 24 months; diploma from an accredited Surgical Tech Program preferred, not required.
  • Registration with the State of Washington required.
  • Prefer ST certification
  • Experience with total joints HIGHLY desirable.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers required upon hire.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of scrubbing experience
  • Must be adaptable and willing to complete additional tasks as assigned
  • Knowledge of sterile technique; operating room procedures and equipment, ability to exercise good judgment and discipline.
 
Pay Range: $27.69 – $41.53
 

Have you ever had an interest in the operating room environment? If you have entry level medical, healthcare/hospital experience this may be the position for you!

We are seeking a reliable team member with a positive attitude for a part-time (20 hours per week) Operating Room Aide position in our Operating Room.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in tasks involving maintenance of the operating room. The primary focus is to help with set-up and efficient turnover of the operating rooms and caring for the instruments and equipment to be used during the surgical procedure.
  • Put out clean mops for the operating rooms based on the amount of turnovers, per room
  • Helps rooms gather equipment
  • Help open supplies and instruments for case
  • Check instrument pan filters
  • Ties up scrub personnel, PA’s and physicians, as needed
  • Takes garbage and linen to “Trash Room”, after operative case is completed
  • Exchanges sharps containers when ¾ full
  • Remove water from floor by scrub sinks
  • Change trash bags at scrub sink, as needed
  • Helps transfer patients onto & off of positioning equipment in the OR
  • Help change over rooms, focusing on heavier rooms, i.e. Shoulder arthroscopies, Neurosurgery cases, Endoscopic ACL’s, etc.

What You Will Need:

  • 1 year experience in hospital/healthcare environment preferred.
  • BLS Certification
  • Previous experience with sterile/aseptic techniques preferred.
  • Ability to simultaneously handle competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with operating room protocols desired.
  • Strong organizational skills as well as attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to stand and walk 80% of time.
  • Able to push and pull equipment in the operating room.
 
Pay Range: $16.86 – $23.61
