REGISTERED NURSE – OPERATING ROOM
We are seeking full-time Operating Room Registered Nurses within our Surgery Center. If you are a RN with surgical room or surgery experience, we strongly encourage you to apply!

Location: Vancouver, WA
Status: Full-time, 4, 10 hour shifts, Monday – Friday
What You Will Do:
- Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in both the scrub and circulating roles.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served
- Collaborates with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
What You Will Need:
- Candidates for this position must have availability to work 10 hour variable shifts Monday-Friday.
- A qualified candidate for this position will have a valid Washington State Nursing License and BLS
- 1-2 years of circulating Operating Room experience. 0-1 years if you have a scrub experience.
- 1+ years scrub experience desired, but not required.
SURGICAL SERVICES AND IMPLANT COORDINATOR
We are seeking a part-time (30 hours a week) Surgical Services and Implant Coordinator within our Surgery Center. Do you have a clinical background with strong customer service, communication and collaboration skills? This may be the opportunity for you!

Status: Full-time, Monday – Friday
What You Will Do:
The Surgical Services and Implant Coordinator is responsible for managing and securing implants and related instrumentation needed for surgical procedures, tracking, repair and replacement of the required implants and related instruments.
Responsibilities include:
- Document incoming instrument sets and coordinate with company reps in the upcoming cases log.
- Work collaboratively with CS Staff, OR staff, receiving, accounting, other departments and vendors to eliminate or solve receiving exceptions and invoice discrepancies, in collaboration with the Surgical and Interventional Services Business Coordinator
- Coordinate all aspects of acquisition, delivery, return and reconciliation of surgical implants and related instrumentation used within the operating room or processed by Central Sterile
- Work with clinical specialty charge nurse and clinical nurse educator to provide education of new equipment and supplies to include any needed data collection of efficacy of product.
- Knowledgeable and supportive of departmental budget. Provides input into development of operational and capital budgets and maintains a cost effective and efficient environment. Assists CS manager with routine tracking of financial budget issues
What You Will Need:
- A qualified candidate for this position will have a valid Surgical Tech certification and valid BLS
- Two to three years’ experience with any combination of Surgical Scrub Tech, Central Sterile Tech, and/or procurement of supplies.
- Requires familiarity with purchasing and inventory control standards and practices
- Strong customer service, communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
STERILE PROCESSING TECHNICIAN
We are seeking full-time Sterile Processing Technicians within our Surgery Center.

Status: Full-time, 4, 10 hour shifts, Monday – Friday
What You Will Do:
- Clean, disinfect & prepare the instrumentation.
- Wash, inspect, decontaminate and maintain equipment following established infection control procedures.
- Sterilize products and instruments according to established protocol with documented verification to ensure all parameters are met.
What You Will Need:
- Candidates for this position must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in sterile processing.
- Certification in Sterile Processing or Surgical Technologist is highly desirable, but not required.

SURGICAL TECHNICIAN
Are you looking for a great place to work? We are seeking Surgical Technicians within our Surgery Center. If you are an experienced operating room tech with a primary focus in orthopedics/total joints, this may be the position for you!

Location: Vancouver, WA
Status: Full-time, 4, 10 hour shifts, Monday – Friday
What You Will Do:
- Perform in the scrub role during surgical procedures.
- Ensure safe patient care, performance and implementation of Standard of Performance by:- assisting with correct body alignment in positioning and transferring patients.
- -assisting circulator in preparation for the next scheduled case.
- – providing a well-organized sterile area and observing sterile technique at all times.
- Passes instrumentation and suture
- Put away supplies in the OR, ensuring package integrity, product sterility and overall orderliness of area.
- Assists in the case picking or assembling instrument sets in central sterile as necessary
What You Will Need:
- Specialized training of 13 to 24 months; diploma from an accredited Surgical Tech Program preferred, not required.
- Registration with the State of Washington required.
- Prefer ST certification
- Experience with total joints HIGHLY desirable.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers required upon hire.
- One (1) to two (2) years of scrubbing experience and able to scrub in all surgical procedures (ambulatory or out patient operating room)
- Must be adaptable and willing to complete additional tasks as assigned
- Knowledge of sterile technique; operating room procedures and equipment, ability to exercise good judgment and discipline.
